Ordering products with us is pretty simple. You click on the product you want to buy, which is added to your cart.

 If any discount has been applied (for example, in case you order multiple paintings), you will see it once you reach the checkout page.

Once you checkout, you will be asked to add a payment method and shipping address. If you have registered as a user, the system will remember your shipping address and payment methods so that you can click on them, and they will be automatically applied.

The transportation costs will also be calculated on the checkout page, depending on your shipping address.

1. What payment methods do you accept? 

A: We accept any of the following :

- credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and many more)

- Bank wire transfer: In case you choose it, we will provide you with a bank account in a separate confirmation e-mail

- PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Link that are used globally

- Alipay (for Chinese users)

- iDeal (for customers in the Netherlands)

- BLIK and Przelewy24 (for customers in Poland)

- Giropay (for German residents)

- Sofort ( for German, Austrian and Swiss residents)

- EPS (for Austrian residents)

- Bancontact (for Belgian residents)

- ePay (for Bulgarian users only)

We also accept SEPA direct debit, which is famous throughout Europe.

A: Yes, I do, some of them.

2. Which logistics company is going to deliver my order?

​

A: We use the services of the DPD partnership network that covers most countries. They ship as far as the remote southernmost inhabited territories in the Pacific and Atlantic oceans, like the Falkland Islands and Tristan da Cunha. So your painting will reach you in due time.

3. When am I going to receive my order? 

​

A: Below, you will find the estimated time frames for delivery. Generally speaking, a shipment takes 1 to 7 business days to reach its destination worldwide. Please beware that we give here only estimates. You will see exact information on the delivery time frames once we send your work of art and provide you with a tracking link. 

4. What is DPD Air Delivery, and how much does it cost?

A: For North and South America, Asia, Africa, Ireland, Malta, and the UK, plus its overseas territories, we use an air transport service (DPD Air Delivery). It is the sole method of transportation available for these parts of the world. It is the fastest transportation method available. DPD Air Delivery reaches the most remote spots on this planet in up to 6 working days. 

Customers in Europe and Turkey can also choose this option if they are in a hurry. Their estimated time of arrival is usually less than three business days. However, remember that thus option costs three times as much as the DPD Standard delivery.
