Yes, you can. This way of payment generally applies to custom-made paintings but can also be used for our products. There are two plans : 1) You pay 50% of the painting value as you place the order. The other half should be paid when we ship it. 2) You can pay 33% (one-third) of the painting value and split the rest in two installments. The painting is shipped when the last installment has been paid. Note that you can also pay the last installment by cash on delivery.

It depends on which part of the world you live in. Generally, shipments inside Europe, Cyprus, or Turkey usually arrive between 2 and 7 business days with the DPD Standard delivery option. With DPD Air Delivery, however, a European or Turkish customer can expect their order within 3 business days. This option costs more: no different that most Air express shipping options elsewhere. Customers from the UK, Ireland, the Channel Islands, and the Isle of Man can expect their orders within 3 business days. Air Delivery is the sole option available in this parts of the world. Users from elsewhere in the world - even the most remote islands in the Pacific or South Atlantic - can expect their deliveries by air within no more than 6 business days. We offer discounts to compensate for the higher shipping fees.

A frame is included in the price you pay. Once you place an order, we will contact you personally and provide suitable frame options from our local frame provider. You can choose one of them or give us your ideas. If you have no ideas or preferences for a particular frame, you can leave the choice to the artist. She can choose the most stunning frame for you!

Yes, we will send you an official contract by e-mail. You can sign it with a digital signature (if you are a company) or through Adobe Sign and Eurotrust (if you are a person).

Three options are available : 1) If you like a particular painting on the website but cannot cover it right now, we can split the payment into up to 3 installments. Once you pay the first installment, the painting will be reserved for you. This means, it will be taken out of our inventory). 2) If you need to order a custom-made painting with a particular size and your overall budget does not support it, we can offer a smaller size that still suits your needs. 3) If you cannot cover the cost of an order right away, we can split it in installments, as many as it suits your financial situation.
