Terms and conditions
We welcome you to our terms and conditions for ordering a custom-made work of art. Unlike our other products, here you are the one to determine what needs to be depicted, with what colors, in what medium, and much more. You need to take these steps to order a custom-made work of art.
1. Please fill out our form with as many details as possible.
Attention: Completing the form requires a Google account (Gmail address. If you don't have one, please write your request in our on site form.
2. Once we receive the form, our artist will contact you further to clarify all your requirements, ideas, and preferences.
Important: Please provide us with as many photos as possible if you want our artist to depict something specific. The minimum requirement for an image size is 800 pixels. Smaller pictures hurdle the process and make it impossible for our artist to make out the details of the desired object/ person to depict.
3. You will receive an offer letter with the overall price of the order by email. If you accept it, you will receive an official contract in case you are a business user or a service level agreement for persons.
At this point, we reserve the right to deny an order due to an unrealistically low budget.

For any higher sizes, the set minimum of an overall budget is $ 1000. However, our offer may vary within those set values as regards the difficulty of the task and the scrutiny of all requirements.
4. We offer to pay in installments as far as custom-made orders are concerned.
There are several installment plans to choose from when it comes to payment :
Please note :
A..The first installment is paid upfront and is non-refundable.
B.. We will start working on your order once we receive the first installment.
C.. You will receive a receipt for each installment.
D.. There is no interest charged whatsoever on any of the installments. We divide the whole amount into equal shares.
E.. We can tailor the specific dates of payment of the installments as per your schedule and financial plans.
F.. You can always pay the offer in full if that is the most convenient option.
Plan A: 1. 50% upfront: non-refundable 2. 50% on completion, refundable (recommended)
Plan B: 1. 33% upfront: non-refundable 2. 33% during the process of execution of the order: refundable 3. 33% on completion: refundable
5. The following points should be remembered :
5.1. You will receive your custom-made high-quality work of art once you have transferred the last installment.
5.2. The last installment includes the shipping fee to your address. We use DPD for most of Europe and air transportation for East Asia, North America, and most parts of Africa. As a company, we provide discounted transportation fees for our customers, and try to offer them the fastest possible shipping times.
5.3. A contract for juridical entities or service level agreement for persons is always provided before commissioning any payment.
5.4. In case you decide to cancel the project during its execution, you will be refunded all paid installments but the first one. We behold ourselves the legal right to post the painting on our website for sale at a challenging point.
5.5. Later, We can split all payments in as many installments as you would like, as we understand that financial situations do happen. We are all human beings, after all.
5.6. However, if you continuously ignore our communication attempts for months, we must take action. In case of more than three months of inactivity (neither communication nor payment of installments),, we behold ourselves the right to deem the project (and the contract) canceled and act accordingly per point 5.4.
5.7. If you decide to return the painting after you have received it, it is subject to all our standard return policies.
We behold ourselves the right to upload a returned work of art as a normal product on our website, as it becomes our company’s intellectual property once again at the moment a customer returns it to us, and gets their respective refund.
6. Once you receive the contract or the service-level agreement AND pay the first installment, we commence the project.
Our usual time frame of completing a project of a smaller size is at least 1 month. That period excludes the shipping, as the latter may vary greatly from region to region.
Please, beware that completion time depends on the chosen size, artistic medium and the complexity of the objects/ animals/ persons that need to be depicted.
For example, oil paints are notorious for their slow drying. It enables the artist to create masterful color and shades combinations over the half-dry initial layers of paint, This is the reason why oil paintings can achieve stunning clarity and richness of color, and can yield expressive and mind-blowing results.This all takes time, so for any oil painting you can as well double the above mentioned time-frame.
A layer of oil paint typically dries out for at least a week, while a layer of acrylic dries out in 24 hours. A quality work of art includes at least 3-4 layers of paint to produce those stunning old-school results that made oil painting the most popular artistic medium in the last two millennia.
However, if it is an urgent project, we can always use acrylic or Dutch tempera paints instead. The price does not change significantly (it can even get slightly lower), and they can yield results that are similar in quality and expressiveness to oils.
7.Communication is an important part of the process. You will be updated through our website’s life chat and email about each and every stage of the process. Your feedback and further clarifications are our most valuable tool to create the best work of art that suits your needs and preferences. Feel free to write to us anytime, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
You can request changes in your ordered work of art anytime at will as long as the painting is still not completed.
